For the purpose of clarity your request has been reproduced below:

Please can you provide me with a current list of HMO landlords within the Chester area.

Please see attached the PDF document which lists the HMO landlords for the Cheshire West and Chester area. Addresses in Chester can be identified by examining the Property Address column.

The Council considers that your request has been answered in full by either confirming that information is not held, providing you with the information requested, or explaining why any information has been withheld and the reasons for any redaction. Where applicable, the Council has also told you the reasons for the delay in responding to your request.
