provides HMO property address details. 
 
However, if you require a full copy of the certified HMO register, this will incur a 
reasonable charge under the Housing Act 2004, Section 232(5) – see website Fees 
and charges for council services | https://www.wirral.gov.uk/files/fees-and-charges-
directory-2024.pdf/download?inline.   
 
Should you wish to obtain a copy of the register, please confirm an appropriate address

 (not a public WDTK) where an invoice 
can be sent and upon receipt of payment, a certified copy will be provided in a pdf
