Current Health and Social Care Integration Status

Alan Miles made this Freedom of Information request to Nottinghamshire County Council

The request was successful.

From: Alan Miles

16 February 2012

Dear Nottinghamshire County Council,

A number of local authorities have formally integrated their adult
social care with health services to form a Care Trust.

I am interested in knowing:

a) Have you integrated adult social care with health into a Care
Trust (or similar organisation)?

b) Are you considering, or in the process of, integrating adult
social care with health into a Care Trust (or similar organisation)
within the next two years?

If the answer to question ‘b’ is yes, who is the council employee
leading the integration?

Yours faithfully,

Alan Miles
