I recently downloaded the Title Register from the link below, on the 21/12/2021, and ithe document appears to be out of date (15/01/2021):

This extract shows information current on 15 JAN 2021 at 09:25:04 and so does not take
account of any application made after that time even if pending in HM Land Registry
when this extract was issued.

I bought a copy of the same freehold title online on 28.12.2021 but the download date on the document is 15.01.2021 09.25.04 too.

This title must have been downloaded by Land Registry on 15.01.2021 and uploaded onto their system for the public to buy.
