Would you kindly provide me with the following information?

The Current employment status of Wirral Council's director of technical services Mr David Green?

If it is confirmed that Mr David Green has left the employment of Wirral Council then please disclose the following information.

Under what procedure or policy, did Wirral Council select, regarding the termination of Mr David Green's contract of employment?

The amount of severance pay that Mr Green has received, please include any bonus payments, or pension enhancements?

The budgetary department that Wirral Council selected to make any payments to Mr David Green?

What is the current employment status of the deputy director of finance Mr. David Taylor-Smith?

Is Mr. David Taylor Smith currently suspended from work? Has Mr. David Taylor-Swift left the employment of Wirral Council?

If it is confirmed that Mr. David Taylor-Smith has left the employment of Wirral Council, then please disclose the following information.

Current employment status of Wirral Council's director of technical
services Mr David Green?

 Mr Green was made redundant and left the Council on 12 May 2013   

     

  If it is confirmed that Mr David Green has left the employment of
Wirral Council then please disclose the following information.

Under what procedure or policy, did Wirral Council select, regarding the
termination of Mr David Green's contract of employment? 

 Mr Green's post was deleted as part of a senior management re-structure
and that process was undertaken in accordance with the Council's
Restructuring Policy and Redundancy and Redeployment policy.

 

The amount of severance pay that Mr Green has received, please include any
bonus payments, or pension enhancements? 

Mr Green received a severance payment of £103,234.60 in accordance with
the Council's severance scheme agreed by Cabinet on 7 February 2013.    

     

   The budgetary department that Wirral Council selected to make any
payments to Mr David Green? 

 As part of its savings plans, the Council has made a central budgetary
provision for all redundancy costs arising from the current management and
service restructures.  

 

     

    I would also like to request the following. What is the current
employment status of the deputy director of finance Mr. David
Taylor-Smith?

     Mr Taylor-Smith was made redundant and left the Council on 21 May
2013.     

 

     Is Mr. David Taylor Smith currently suspended from work? Has
Mr. David Taylor-Swift left the employment of Wirral Council?

      As above.

 

     If it is confirmed that Mr. David Taylor-Smith has left the
employment of Wirral Council, then please disclose the following
information.

    

     Under what procedure or policy did Wirral Council select regarding
the termination of Mr. David Taylor-Smith's contract of employment?

 Mr Taylor-Smith's post was deleted as part of a senior management

 No. Mr Coleman has not been asked to provide any free or paid consultancy
work to Wirral Council after his departure.
