Dear Ministry of Defence,
Please give details of the currrent Combat Boots supply and any specification for the boots e.g. Men’s Hot Weather Safety Boots, Men’s Service Black with Toe Cap, Conductive Safety Shoes

We acknowledge receipt of your email request which has been logged as FOI2020/09253. The Freedom of Information Act requires a response to be provided to a request under the Act within 20 working days from date of receipt and we therefore aim to respond to you by 15 September 2020. "our general definition of combat boots would not include safety footwear, although both range of items could be supplied under one contract."
In this case then please supply the data on 'Footware' suppliers so that would include all the diffrent types of shoe -combat-safety-walking-dress etc so the information doesnt need sorted for one type of footware

Yes please supply it as such with any specification for the boots e.g. what is required standards and specification for a desert boot, a cold weather boot e.g. goodyear welting, leather thickness and origin etc...
