Subject: Freedom of Information request - Current Applicant Tracking
System (ATS) / Recruitment System Provider to the Council

Your request is being considered and you will receive a response within
the statutory timescale of 20 working days, subject to the application of
any exemptions. Where consideration is being given to exemptions the 20
working day timescale may be extended to a period considered reasonable
depending on the nature and circumstances of your request. In such cases
you will be notified and, where possible, a revised time-scale will be

Freedom of Information Request

Your request has been considered under the provisions of the Freedom of
Information Act. Please accept our apologies for the delay in responding
to you. Specifically, you have requested the following information:

I would be most grateful if you could provide the following information
under the Freedom of Information Act, regarding the contract for the
Provision of a Recruitment Platform/Applicant Tracking System.
Unfortunately, I am unaware of the specific supplier for this service. The
details I require are as follows:

1. Confirmation of the current supplier for this contract/framework.

Oracle.

2. Actual spend on this contract (and any sub-lots), broken down annually,
from the start of the contract to the present date.

Spend to date for the whole Oracle Cloud Fusion Licences Contract is:
£546,259.16

3. Start date and duration of the contract/framework.

Start Date: 31/05/2024, Duration: 3 years + 2 years optional extension.

4. Length of time the contract has been in place.

Since 31/05/2024.

5. Details on any extension clauses in the contract/framework, including
the duration of the extension if applicable.

2 years optional extension.

6. Whether a decision has been made regarding the extension or renewal of
the contract/framework.

No Decision has been made yet.

7. The name and title of the senior officer (outside of procurement) who
is responsible for overseeing this contract.
