Current Air quality data for Stonepound junction

The request was successful.

Dear Mid Sussex District Council,
I notice that the last published air quality data is now quite old. As it is quite apparent that there is continuous monitoring equipment at Stonepound I would like data for the year March 2020 - March 2021. I am particularly interested in NOX.

Many thanks for your help in this matter

Yours faithfully,

Andrea Turrell

Dear Ms Turrell,

Thank you for your request. Please find our response below.

The data is on our website at Air Quality - https://www.midsussex.gov.uk/environment...

The Annual Status Report 2021 covers all the data in 2020. This includes the latest annual average NO2 levels for the year 2020, from January to December. The NO2 data from January 2021 to March 2021, which the enquirer has also asked for, is unratified. Once ratification and annualization has been completed for all the data in 2021, this will be included in the Annual Status Report for 2022 which will be posted on the website in due course.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with our response you are entitled to pursue any dissatisfaction, in the first instance, by contacting Tom Clark, Solicitor to the Council, Mid Sussex District Council, Oaklands, Oaklands Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH16 1SS, email: [email address], quoting your Reference Number, and and if an exemption/exception has been applied, stating your reasons why you believe the public interest is best served by the release of the withheld information. You have a maximum of 40 working days in which to request a review.

If you still remain dissatisfied with the response you can complain to the Information Commissioner - details available at: https://ico.org.uk/concerns/.
