Dear Scottish Government,

I am looking for information in relation to the role of Curator ad litem.

1. Do you regulate the role of Curator ad litem, if so, can you give me the policy that highlights you do? If not, can you explain why, and can you provide me with information as to who does regulate the role of Curator ad litem?

2. How many complaints has been made about Curator ad litem's in the last 20 years? How many were investigated and what was the outcome?

Yours faithfully,

Alan Newton
