I am writing to request an internal review of Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust's handling of my FOI request 'CTX Products' on 23rd April 2016.
"Please provide a list of products (and any other relevant information) that were administered to Haemophiliacs on a Clinical Trials Exemption (CTX) basis during the period Jan 1983 - Dec 1986."
This has gone well passed the prescribed time limits.
