CSHR Policy and Guidance on Employment Tribunals.
Dear Cabinet Office,
The Civil Service HR (CSHR) function encompasses all the civil servants working in Human Resources and Learning and Development across all government departments, agencies and non-departmental public bodies (NDPBs).
1. Could I please be provided with any Policy and Guidance documents on Employment Tribunals, that the CSHR hold and/or provide for use across the wider Civil Service.
1.1. That would include handling claims made through Employment Tribunals.
1.2. Attendance at Employment Tribunals.
1.3. Settling Employment Tribunal cases.
2. Could I please be provided with any Policy and Guidance documents on The Disability Discrimination Act, that the CSHR hold and/or provide for use across the wider Civil Service.
2.1. That would include handling claims made through The Disability Discrimination Act.
2.2. Attendance at Disability Discrimination Act cases.
2.3. Settling Disability Discrimination Act cases.
