CSD Printing Credit
Dear University of Liverpool,
On your website it states "We do not offer refunds for printing unless there is a problem with the print quality. No refunds are given forcredit left in the account when you leave the University so you should manage your account accordingly." at http://www.liv.ac.uk/csd/printing/print-....
Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the total amount of credit kept by the University of Liverpool from leaving students' printing accounts in the academic years 2010/2011 and 2011/2012. I would also like to request what the credit kept by the University of Liverpool is then spent on.
Yours faithfully,
Andrew Wills
