This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The request was successful.

Dear Transport for London,

It would be appreciated if you could provide the working timetables for Croydon Tramlink services for the week beginning 27/07/2020.
Please can this document also show the tram running number and crew duty numbers for specific services.

Yours faithfully,
Ross Taylor

The current versions should be available on the TfL website, for example at
https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publication...
(then rinse and repeat for T2, T3 and T4, I think).

I say "should" because for the bus timetables also available that way about one in six take you to obsolete versions. This has been pointed out innumerable times on the TfL Technical Forum but absolutely nothing is done about it. I can understand Covid-19 preventing it being corrected but even accepting there is a problem seems too much for TfL.

Dear Mr Taylor

Our ref: FOI-0729-2021

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 31
June 2020 asking for information about Tramlink.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that
we do hold the information you require.

Please find attached the latest Tramlink WTT15 working timetables.

TfL moved to a ‘special service’ across all modes at the start and
throughout the Covid crisis. Trams have now returned to WTT15 timetables,
albeit a slightly reduced off peak service (early morning and late
evening).

If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable
to access it for some reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Please note, the Government has announced a series of measures to tackle
the coronavirus. It is essential for London, that we continue to provide a
safe transport network for essential journeys.

In current circumstances, we are not able to answer FOI requests readily
and we ask that you please do not make a request to us at present.

Answering FOI requests will require the use of limited resources and the
attention of staff who could be supporting other essential activity. In
any event, please note that our response time will be affected by the
current situation.

If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached
information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely
