Subject: Freedom of Information request - Croydon Pension Fund exposure to
Maersk

Your request is being considered and you will receive a response within

has now considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000. Specifically, you have requested the following information:

"In relation to the London Borough of Croydon Pension Fund, could you
please disclose the following information as per the fund position at 31st

At 30 September 2024 The London Borough of Croydon Pension Fund had the
following exposures to A.P. Moller - Maersk:

Legal & General FTSE World (Ex Tobacco) Fund : £123k out of a fund value
of £770,468K or 0.016%
LCIV Global Bond Fund (Class A Income) : £204k out of a fund value of
£91,385k or 0.22%

Total exposure was £327k out of the total value of the Croydon Pension
Fund of £1,927,831k or 0.017%
