Dear Croydon Borough Council,
We have written to your Planning Enforcement detailing the substandard accommodation at 518 Purley Way Croydon
Your own Council's two refusals of Planning Applications re these premises & your Council's Appeal Statement regarding such premises earlier this year refers to " poor standard of accommodation"
Despite this we have been informed that your council is directly or indirectly paying for the accommodation of vulnerable people at these premises
By indirectly we include your Council paying a housing provider or similar to accommodate people at 518 Purley Way
