Dear Ms Johnston,

Re:      Freedom of Information request (Our Ref: SDR-421398)

Thank you for your Freedom of Information (FOI) request dated 26 February
2015.

Your exact request was:-

“Please list by week from the start of 2014 to the end of Feb 2015 the
number of complaints made to or about CROYDOC. Please state how complaints
are categorised, and how resolutions are recorded. Please provide
appropriate statistics of complaints for each week, for example;

NHS England does not hold this information.

It may help if I explain that the NHS in England is not the same as ‘NHS
England’. The NHS in England is not a single organisation, but is made up
of a range of organisations including Hospitals, Clinical Commissioning
Groups (CCGs), Ambulance Trusts and other organisations. As such, any
recorded information which NHS England may be able to provide in response
to an FOI request will generally relate to the services commissioned by
NHS England. Further information on commissioned services and the types of
information NHS England holds can be found on our [1]website and
[2]publication scheme.

You may wish to re-submit your request to Croydon CCG by emailing:

[3][email address]

Or writing to:

Margaret Benbow
Freedom of Information Manager
C/O NHS South East Commissioning Support Unit
1 Lower Marsh
London SE1 7NT

I hope this information is helpful. However, if you are dissatisfied, you
have the right to ask for an internal review by writing to us, within two
months of the date of this letter, to:

Dear FOI England (NHS ENGLAND),

Thank you for your reply.
However I fail to see why it took 3 weeks to refer me to CCG.

I would remind you that all FOi requests are supposed to be answered promptly.
One week should have sufficed here.

Please confirm who should be asked for data on blood tests at Mayday Hospital, Croydon (CUH)?

Yours sincerely,

Nyron Johnston
