I am interested in the efficiency of the Civil Service and the extent of Grade Drift within the Civil Service. I write under the Freedom of Information Act to make a request for the following information regarding the Cross-Cutting Strategy Insight and Reform (CSIR) directorate within HM Treasury

1. An organisation chart for the Directorate for 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
2. The grade breakdown (number of staff at each grade) for the Directorate for 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
