Cross Border Patient Waiting Lists
Dear Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust,
I write about referral to treatment times for Welsh patients registered in the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board area who receive treatment at hospitals in your Trust and would be grateful if you could provide me with the following information.
1. How many patients registered in Wales are currently waiting for treatment at your Trust?
2. How many patients registered in Wales have had their treatment delayed by your Trust in the last 6 months?
3. Correspondence between your Trust and Welsh Local Health Boards between June 2020 and October 2020 over resumption of treatment for Welsh patients in English hospitals?
3. Confirmation that your contracts with Welsh Local Health Boards for treatment are up to date?
4. Confirmation that all resulting payments from your contracts have been kept up throughout the COVID-19 pandemic?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Bleddyn ap Dafydd

Dear Sirs,
Thank you for your freedom of information request below.
We have reviewed the request for Q1&Q2 and as a trust we do not collect waiting times for inpatients in a hospital setting so the response is nil. However, we are happy to review the request again if you can add any further clarification about your exact requirements.
Can we therefore suggest that you contact Gloucestershire Hospital NHS Foundation Trust who should be able to provide this information.
