Dear Charity Commission for Northern Ireland,

Has the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland (CCNI) submitted a criminal complaint to the Police Service for Northern Ireland or any other law enforcement body against Mr Derek Tughan a former trustee of Victoria Housing Estates (VHE) who was removed as a Trustee after a CCNI investigation?

Is it the policy of the CCNI to solely pursue those responsible for misappropriation of a charity's funds and not make a complaint to The Police Service for Northern Ireland or any other appropriate law enforcement body?
