You have requested the following information under the terms of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000:

 

Please can you tell me how many children at the age of 10 or below the age
of criminal responsibility have been found responsible for crimes in the
police area and which towns they were in for the past five years
(2012-2017).

 

Your request will now be considered and you will receive a response within
the statutory timescale of defined by the Act, subject to the information
not being exempt. In some circumstances West Yorkshire Police may be
unable to achieve this deadline. If this is likely you will be informed at
the earliest opportunity. If you no longer require the information, please
inform us at your earliest convenience.
