The request was successful.

Hi,

Under FOIA please provide me with the following information:

1. “Please disclose the total number of recorded crimes that were committed in GP practices or health centres in:
a) 2016-17;
b) 2017-18
c) 2018-19
d) 2019-20
e) 2020-21
f) 2021-22

2. Please provide a breakdown of how these recorded crimes in GP practices or health centres were categorised in:
a) 2016-17;
b) 2017-18
c) 2018-19
d) 2019-20
e) 2020-21
f) 2021-22
(I.e please disclose the number of crimes that were recorded as theft, the number that were
recorded as anti-social behaviour, the number that were recorded as violent assault, etc)”

Please advise on any simplifications if this request would exceed costs limits - I'd be happy to reduce the timeframes requested.

Yours faithfully,

Dan Taylor
