Under the Freedom of Information Act please could you provide me with the following information:
For each of the years between 2010/ 11 and 2018/19, how many violent crimes took place in your area?
How many of these crimes per year took place in daylight, and how many took place after dark?
How many of these crimes per year that took place in daylight had female victims, and how many had male victims?
How many of these crimes per year that took place after dark had female victims, and how many had male victims?
Please could you provide me with this information in an excel spreadsheet.
If you need any clarification then please do not hesitate to contact me. Under Section 16 it is your duty to provide advice and assistance and so I would expect you to contact me if you find this request unmanageable in any way.
Thank you for your time and I look forward to your response.

Dear Tilda Coleman,
I am writing with regards to your request for information, which was
received 4th November.
We have started to consider your request, however we require further
information before we are able to proceed.
* Cambridgeshire Constabulary do not centrally record 'crimes after
dark' and as such this will make the request over cost as a manual
search of thousands of crime reports would take over the 18 hour time
* Please consider a specific time frame (as today it can be 'dark' at
5pm however, two weeks ago it wasn't dark until 7pm), something along
the lines 1800 to 0600 hours may be possible. (not guaranteed)
* Also the word dark could relate to many different things if a 'free
text' search was completed.
* If you do re-consider a time frame please clarify the years you are
trying to obtain, is it 2010/11 through to 2018/19 or just the
specific financial years?
As you will appreciate the statutory timescale for our response to your
request will not commence until we are supplied with the further
information which we require. In the event that we do not hear from you we
will assume that you do not wish to proceed with your request.
Please remember to quote the reference number above in any future
