Dear Jane Shields ,

Thank you for the information sent.

Please can I ask if the information is quickly abtainable from the dynamic system and if accurate locations can be supplied and refrenced to the offences recorded?

I also ask if the offences are proven and if statistics applicable to reported crimes that dont result in conviction are recorded please?
If yes can they be provided to please?

The aim of the FOI is to see if there is a recognisable trend for tow path crime being reducd if boats are regularly moored in a area or possibly to establish if crime is shown as uneffected or increased due by boats presence in a location shown by statistical data.

Thanking you again

Yours sincerely,

edward surridge

I write in connection with the above-referenced Freedom of Information Act
(FOIA) request submitted on 27 October 2011. Thames Valley Police has now
considered this application, which for clarity, has been repeated below:

Please can I ask if the information is quickly obtainable from the dynamic
system and if accurate locations can be supplied and referenced to the

Thames Valley Police cannot provide more a more specific location
description as to do so may identify an individual thereby breaching the
first principle of the Data Protection Act and engaging Section 40(2). We
do not hold conviction data and therefore have provided all information
recorded relating to offences at the relevant locations regardless of
disposal.
