Dear National Crime Agency,

I would like to see the crime rates in 1990 as I am doing a case study for my school work. This would help me see if there has truly been a change In crime rates since the regeneration. It would also make it clear if the statistics match with local residents opinions.Thank you.

Yours faithfully,
Emily
