Dear Mrs Vogel

Thank you for your information. As your enquiry is not a request for a
copy of recorded information it will not be responded to under the Freedom
of Information Act. Please also be aware that individual Councillors are
not subject to the FOI Act where they are acting as representatives of
their ward.

Kind regards

Michael Cook

Dear Merton Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Merton Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Cricket Green Ward councillor/officer communications on litter'.

Councillors when representing residents may not be covered by FOI themselves, but Merton Council is covered by FOI, and my request is no different to asking the council for copies of any correspondence.
I therefore believe that this request is subject to FOI.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,

Sandra Vogel
