Dear Mr Stevens

Freedom of Information Request ENQ- 402629-Z4C8V8

I refer to your request for information dated 19 April 2020.

You asked for:

the following information about crews of appliances.

Number of crew per station (e.g. 9 Station X - 9 Firefighters, 2 Crew
Managers, 1 Watch Manager) Station Crewing Type (e.g. Retained, Wholetime
etc) What, if any vehicles are cross crewed with another appliance.

Normal crew levels before a vehicle sipatches (e.g. 5 crew on a pump, 1 on
an ALP, 2 on a WrC, etc)

Our response:

The number of crews per station is detailed on the attached spreadsheet.

Two stations, Gorleston and Kings Lynn South, are crewed from neighbouring
stations. Gorleston from Great Yarmouth and Kings Lynn South from Kings
Lynn North. This is why they do not appear as wholetime stations on the
spreadsheet.

We aim for five on a pump with a minimum of four.

We ride with two on an ALP

We ride with two on a water carrier
