Dear Sir / Madam

From our preliminary assessment, it is clear that we will not be able to
answer your request without further clarification. The department dealing
with this requires further information in order to identify and locate the
information you have asked for.  Could you please clarify question 9?  Do
you mean how long on average do people wait between booking and having a
cremation or do you mean how long do people have to wait to get a time at
the crematorium for a cremation?

Once you have clarified your request, I will be able to begin to process
your request. If I do not receive clarification within three months your
request will be considered to have lapsed.

Yours faithfully
