Dear Napier University,

RE: Craighouse campus; retained financial interest.

In relation to the Craighouse campus, I understand that Napier University are currently leasing the estate from Craighouse Limited (Isle of Man) but retain a financial interest and/or investment in the estate.

Please provide by return any documentation in relation to Napier University's financial interest, investment, security over, or similar vested in the estate, Craighouse Limited (Isle of Man) or any associated company, excluding any documents or records in relation to the lease as these have already been provided under separate cover.

Of particular interest are records relating to any securities Napier University hold against the heritable property at Craighouse and any financial projections that demonstrate anticipated profit/loss of the proposed development of the estate.

Thank you for your assistance. If you require further specificity in my request, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Yours sincerely,

Peter Maxwell

Dear Jacqueline Timlin,

RE: Craighouse campus; retained financial interest

Thank you for your response of the 2nd May 2012.

I would like to request a review of your response.

Your response to the original request was:

"All relevant documentation has already been supplied to you. The University holds no further records which are relevant to your request."

That is demonstrably untrue. I have at no time been provided with the information I specified in the original request here.

In particular I asked:

"Of particular interest are records relating to any ... financial projections that demonstrate anticipated profit/loss of the proposed development of the estate."

Given the University Principal, Joan Stringer, has confirmed the University stands to benefit from development of the Craighouse estate to an amount circa £1.5m, I would assume there is documentation held to support that.

I would be obliged if the University's response to this request be reviewed.

Thank you for your continued assistance.

Yours sincerely,

Peter Maxwell
