Request for Information - LBR2019/0153 - CPZ Consultation

see the information below in response to your request: -

Our Response:

 1. Please confirm the number of residents that contributed to the above
consultation.

We do not hold this figure.  However, we do have the overall number of
properties consulted – see the link to report provided below which
contains this information.

 2. Please confirm the number of residents that did not contribute to the
above consultation.

We do not hold this figure.  However, we do have the overall number of
properties that did not respond to the consultation – see the link to
report provided below which contains this information.

 3. Please confirm the number of residents that contributed to the above
consultation that actually lived in the two new CPZs, The Whitton
South CPZ and the Central Whitton CPZ.

We do not hold this figure.  We do have the overall number of properties
consulted – see the link to report provided below which contains this
information.

 4. Please identify the results of the survey carried out by a third party
, at the local authority’s request, indicating the dates and times of
the surveys were carried out, and the results of the identification of
on street parked cars found on those occasions giving details of how
many were owned by local residents of the proposed CPZs and how many
were from other locations.

Please see attached an PDF detailing the results of the parking surveys
including dates and times they were carried out. Vehicles observed in the
Overnight beat are considered to be Residents. Vehicles not observed in
the Overnight beat are considered to be non-residents.

 5. Please confirm how many of the properties of the cars identified as
being from properties situated in the proposed CPZs had unused parking
provisions at the property at the time.

The surveys aim to establish ‘estimates’ of the numbers of vehicles
belonging to residents and non-residents. They do not link residents and
any ‘parking provisions’ which we take to mean off-street parking or
driveway.
