CPS Special Crime Directorate ... inactive?

The request was successful.

Dear Crown Prosecution Service,

checking the CPS web site tonight, searching for information about the work of the CPS Special Crime Division... I was hoping to find some examples of cases that would convince me that the CPS takes the workload assigned to the Special Crime division seriously.

Sadly, I see no evidence of press releases since 2012...
http://www.cps.gov.uk/your_cps/our_organ...

There have been many recent examples of apparent crime & corruption involving senior UK politicians, leading UK bankers, prominent UK businessmen, UK security services, and even chief police officers. Yet there have been remarkably few prosecutions, one personal bugbear being your despicable handling of the Phorm affair.

Please disclose to me, where can I find information about the cases successfully prosecuted by the Special Casework team... or in the alternative... an explanation for their apparent inactivity.

Yours faithfully,
P John
