Simon Heydecker-Dent,

Dear Mr Steig,

Thank you for your email below to the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government.

Documents relating to compulsory purchase orders are stored in physical files and, in certain cases, in digital form within MHCLG's file storage structure.

Further information is recorded on PlanET, MHCLG's casework management software. PlanET is used to store basic information such as location data, relevant contact information, name of acquiring authority, current status of the Secretary of State's consideration and a brief outline of the acquiring authority's reasoning for making the order. The database is backed up every 24 hours.

Kind regards,

Simon Heydecker-Dent

Dear Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government's handling of my FOI request 'CPO Database'.

The basis of the review is that in our request we asked for a list of the types of information stored in the database which you have confirmed is PlanET.

You have only provided a few examples of the types of data stored in PlanET - please could you provide a full list as requested.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,
