Thank you for your recent enquiry regarding information held by the East
Suffolk and North Essex Foundation Trust:

 

Pillar 1 & 2 testing carried out daily from first available to most
recently available date. Please include the following information:

Your enquiry has been dealt with in accordance with the Trust’s Freedom of
Information Act 2000 Policy and Procedures.

 

We confirm that we hold the information requested in regards to Pillar 1
testing.  However, we regret to inform you that your request has been
unsuccessful and therefore the Trust will not be releasing the information
requested.

 

Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, there are certain
circumstances when Trust information will not be disclosed.

 

This information is exempt under Section 38(1)(a) Endanger the physical or
mental health of any individual.

 

By releasing this information to the public, it could put both NHS Staff
and members of the public at risk, as it could have an adverse effect on
physical or mental health. A lot of the information requested is
publically available elsewhere, to release in a different format could
cause confusion.  In all the circumstances of the case, the public
interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in
disclosing the information.

The Trust does not perform Pillar 2 testing.
