The Independent Advisory Panel on Deaths in Custody (IAP) is an arms-length body whose role is to provide independent advice and expertise on policy and best practice across sectors and makes recommendations to Ministers and operational services with the aim of bringing about a continuing and sustained reduction in the number and rate of deaths in all forms of state custody in England and Wales. The IAP does not collect data on deaths so we cannot help you with your request.
