achieve this deadline, in which case we will advise you of the likely

I refer to your recent Freedom of Information request, copy below for ease
of reference. I give below the response from the Isle of Anglesey County
Council.
609 self-catering applications were received and, of these, –
- 445 have been paid;
- 43 are awaiting a decision from the Valuation Office;
- 88 have still not been assessed as we’re still awaiting further
evidence from them regarding income and the number of days the property
has been let for.
Therefore, no final decision has been made to refuse any applications as
yet, if they were on the business rates list and receiving SBRR. However,
33 applications have been refused as they were on the Council Tax list and
not the Business Rates list – this figure also includes B&Bs.
As we pay the grant directly into a bank account, we haven’t asked for the
details of the registered office / correspondence address, we’ve only
requested details of their email.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of this response to your request
for information, and / or the decision made to withhold information, you
may ask for an internal review. Please address your correspondence to the
Customer Care Officer, Legal Services, Council Offices, Llangefni, Ynys
Môn LL77 7TW (e-mail: [1][email address]). The Council is not
obligated to undertake internal reviews which do not satisfy the
requirements of the Code of Practice issued under section 45 of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000. Your request for an internal review will
be considered in accordance with the Code and you will be informed of the
Council’s decision as soon as possible.
If you are not content with the outcome of any internal review you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner, Wycliffe
House, Water Lane, Wilmslow SK9 5AF. Please note that the Information
Commissioner is likely to expect internal review procedures to have been
exhausted before beginning his investigation.
