Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, South Wales Police should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear South Wales Police,

I am kindly writing to you to politely ask if I could request the following information.

- How many Fixed Penalty Notices were issued by the police force due to the contravening of COVID-19 regulations during the Christmas period (22nd December 2020 – 3rd January 2021).
- If possible, how many of these Fixed Penalty Notices were issued on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
- If possible, how many of these Fixed Penalty Notices were issued to people usually resident outside of Wales (i.e do not live in Wales).

Thank you for your help.

Yours faithfully,

Tyler Jenkins
