WHEREAS On Saturday 21st August 2021, as part of lawful whistleblowing I made a 10 minute public interest disclosure in accordance with The Public Interest Disclosure Order 1998, the GMC’s Good Medical Practice and the GMC’s Guidance, ‘Raising and acting on concerns about patient safety’

THEREFORE in accordance to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 you both are hereby required to supply and provide the following:

1. DEPARMENT-OF-HEALTH’s 30 page Vaccine Protocol for the unlicensed vaccine under [Emergency Use Authorisation] Regulation 174: “COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 (Pfizer/BioNTech Vaccine)” that was issued and valid from Friday 20 AUGUST 2021 and signed by Robin Swann MLA, Minister of Health; Dr Michael McBride, Chief Medical Officer; Professor Charlotte McArdle, Chief Nursing Officer; Cathy Harrison, Chief Pharmaceutical Officer and on page 12 it states “Children and young people have a very low risk of COVID-19, severe disease or death due to SARS CoV-2 compared to adults… The Pfizer BioNTech [BNT162b2] vaccine has approval for use from 12 years of age…”.

For ease of reference and so you supply the correct 30 page protocol:

From page 14 of 30 of this protocol: “Black triangle COVID-19 mRNA BNT162b2 vaccine did not have a UK marketing authorisation at the time this protocol was written and is authorised for temporary supply in the UK in accordance with a Regulation 174 authorisation [Human Medicines Regulation 2012 as amended].

As a new vaccine product, MHRA have a specific interest in the reporting of adverse drug reactions for this product, see

From page 10 of 30 of this protocol: “Myocarditis and pericarditis There have been very rare reports of myocarditis and pericarditis occurring after vaccination with COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 often in younger men and shortly after the second dose of the vaccine.”

As you are aware as a public servant it is your duty “to confirm or deny” in accordance to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 Part I ‘Right to Information’ Section I.

I do not consent to redactions for the names and job titles of public servants including, but not limited to, employees, agents, assistant directors, employment liaison adviser (ela), communication directors, deputy chief medical officers of the DEPARTMENT-OF-HEALTH, the HSCNI, the HEALTH-AND-SOCIAL-CARE-BOARD, GENERAL-MEDICAL-COUNCIL Northern Ireland Executive, MLA s, MP’s, members of the House of Lords, politicians and/or regulatory bodies as these are all public servants.
