Dear Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service's handling of my FOI request 'Covert recordings: Cafcass policies & procedures of FCA offered & obligation to “decline”until recording brought to the attention of the court

1. The information you have provided is inaccurate. Accurate records show The FCA does listen to recordings without a judge admitting the recordings into evidence therefore can you provide accurate information outlining when the FCA

a. Obtained powers to control evidence
b. Is this a triage/pilot/trialling, if so the dates of authorisation of the FCA to control evidence FPR
and
c. When FPR will be published in the public domain showing the FCA controls evidence

2. CAFCASS stated: while it may be appropriate to read or listen to the recordings the FCA should decline to accept it until the recording has been brought to the attention of the court and the courts directions have been obtained therefore

a.How many S7 reports in October 2018 did CAFCASS identify that an FCA had listened to recordings without the directions of the court ?

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,
