1. Who at the UEA "called in" Outside Organisation to help with the Climategate scandal and who was in charge of liaising with Outside Organisation?
2. Please supply copies of all invoices sent by Outside Organisation to the UEA.
3.Please supply copies of all correspondence between the UEA and Outside Organisation including copies of the remit/instructions given to Outside Organisation.

If the possibility of FOI requests were included into grant application proposals, by what percentage might this increase research costs, and hence the costs of research to public? Or should only research with direct policy applications, such as research done 'to underpin' official policy, such as 'decarbonisation of energy supply' be covered by FOI?
