Dear Coventry City Council,

Please supply in PDF format or excel a list of all registered HMO Properties within the Coventry area please.

Data to include as a preference would be full address of the properties including the registered name in which the HMO licence has been granted. I would also like to be included the Registered address of the HMO licence holder.

I appreciate this information has previously been requested with varying details and responses.

I believe that under the FOI Act i am therefore entitled to receive this information within the statutory period of 20 days.
