Covenant Placed on Roman Bank church if at all PE25 2SW

We're waiting for amif khawaja to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear East Lindsey District Council,

Can you kindly guide me if there is any covenant placed on the church on Roman bank Skegness PE25 2SW by the earl of Scarborough?

If there is, then what would be the process to turn this church into a public use place if at all?

Your reply will be highly appreciated.

your faithfully,

Amif Jamil Khawaja
