Note, do not include working hours/resources etc in these costs, by costs I refer solely to fees directly arising from the use of the public courts system.

3) For this question, every answer is 0. South Staffordshire Council currently only issues court summons for debts of £100 and over.

4) South Staffordshire does not record this but the cost is negligible considering the cost of each application is 50p
