The value of the Council’s Non-Operational Land and Buildings totals £244,534,458 as indicated on the Property Performance Indicator Return & Core Data 2018-19.

Of that figure £50,309,806 represents agricultural property/farmland .
The remaining £194,224,652 represents other commercial land and property.

Part of the Council’s Non-Operational Land and Buildings portfolio are three adjacent barns at Court Farm, East Street, Falmer, BN1 9PB.

Please supply the following information:

1. Are those three barns part of the Council’s agricultural property/farmland or are they part of the Council’s other commercial land and property?

2. The value of those three barns represents a portion of the above figures. What is the value of those three barns?

3. One of those three barns has undergone a significant internal conversion, the other two have not. Does the Council have a separate valuation for each individual barn?

4. If the Council has a separate valuation for each individual barn what are those valuations?
