Court and Tribunal case against Leasholders

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Southwark Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Southwark Borough Council,

How many Court Actions and Tribunal actions have been issued against Leaseholders in the following years; 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013 and 2012 and what was the total value of the monies claimed in those actions for those years and what was the total monies collected as a result of those court actions within the same year?

And how many legal appeals at Courts and Tribunal have been appealed on Leaseholders orders and/or Judgments in the following years; 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013 and 2012 and what was the total value of the monies claimed in those actions for those years and what was the total monies collected as a result of those court actions within the same year?
