Dear Cambridge City Council,

In a written submission relating to planning application 17/1167/FUL Access Officer Mark Taylor refers to: "county court action over access".

Could you please release the information the council holds in relation to the county court action referred to. Information which I expect may be held and come within the scope of my request includes: correspondence in which the council was made aware of the action; court listing information; and any submissions by the council to the court.

Many thanks,
