Dear Scottish Ambulance Service,
I note no response has been received I therefore request a review under the act and for that review to supply the information I seek. As a reasonable adjustment under the equality act 2010, I request a female conduct such a review and provide such a response. Please only address me as the applicant.
Yours faithfully,

Dear Oysterman
Please see the link below for the guidance available on the Scottish Information Commissioners site providing why we cannot process your requests without having your name provided.
http://www.itspublicknowledge.info/Law/F...
The Scottish Information Commissioner states
' An information request must contain the name of the person making the request (sometimes known as the “true applicant” or “true requester”).This means that requests cannot be made anonymously and pseudonyms (fake names) cannot be used.'
' It also means that, if someone is making a request on behalf of another person, the person on whose behalf it is being made must be identified in the request.'
'Section 8 of FOISA sets out what a request must include to be valid. If a request is invalid, the public authority is under no obligation to comply with the request, though it should contact the person in order to meet its duty to provide advice and assistance. The Commissioner has no power to carry out an investigation into invalid requests or to order the authority to disclose information.
6. Section 8(1)(b) makes it clear that the request must state the name of the applicant to be valid.
Kind regards
Dear FOI (SCOTTISH AMBULANCE SERVICE),
I will mark that up as a refusal, however, if the service was to give any response I would have rather it gave a response to the sexual misconduct FOISR first. Priority.
Yours sincerely,
Oysterman
