A number of ASIST (Suicide First Aid) Courses and SafeTalk Sessions are held throughout the year for staff and students. A specific procedure is in place for staff and students in mental distress - https://www.dundee.ac.uk/media/dundeeweb....
The University provides the confidential Nightline listening and information service - https://dundeeuni.nightline.ac.uk/ - and directs people to other local services such as The Samaritans and Breathing Space.
The Live Smart information available online here - http://libguides.dundee.ac.uk/livesmart - should provide you with links to the range of support services offered.
I trust that this is helpful, but if I can be of further assistance please do let me know.
Kind regards,
Alan
