Dear Ms Bradley

We refer to your Freedom of Information Request in respect of Housing
Related Support Services.

Attached to this email you will find RCT's Supporting People Services
Directory which sets out housing related support services funded by
Supporting People in Rhondda Cynon Taf. This includes staff of agencies or
organisations that work with people who need to access a support service
and people who require support for themselves or someone that they know.
The directory lists all of the housing related support services that are
temporary and accessed via the Housing Advice Centre and the Single Point
of Access.

Set out below are other Providers and In-House Support Projects that are
also available:

Learning Disability Projects

1. Wayne Gristock - Supported Housing - 3 Units

2. Cartrefi Cymru - Supported Housing - 62 units

3. Drive - Supported Housing - 124 units

4. Innovate - Supported Housing - 87 units.

Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council - In House Supported Housing

1. Maestrisant - 6 units

2. Supported Housing - 38 - units

3. Floating Support Service - 19 Units

Supported Lodgings - Care Leavers

Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council - 6 Units

We are also piloting an Early Intervention and Support Project with Cynon
Taf Community Housing Group which has 40 units of support which is new and
not currently listed in the attached Directory.

All Supporting People Contracts are funded annually and are issued each
financial year from the 1st April to 31st March. At this time all the
providers and services in the directory will have their services extended
as from the 1st April 2017.

With regard to contract value, we believe the information to be
commercially sensitive and are applying the exemption set out under
Section 43 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which deals with
prejudice to commercial interests. This is a qualified exemption and we
have therefore applied the public interest test. In making this decision
we have weighed such factors as the Council's desire to be open and
transparent in all its dealings against the need to ensure that it is able
to contract openly in the market place and also to protect the commercial
interests of those companies and bodies it deals with. Accordingly,
insofar as this element of your request is concerned and in accordance
with Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act ("the Act") this email
acts as a Refusal Notice.

The lead commissioner for each project is Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough
Council with the Supporting People Manager who oversees the commissioning
process being Ms Cheryl Emery (Email -
[email address])

As you may be aware you have a right of appeal against this decision. If
you wish to exercise this right, please set out in writing your grounds
and send your appeal to Mrs Julie Llewellyn and she may be reached at
[1][email address]

Yours sincerely
