Could the Council provide details of individual contracted services they have for Housing Related Support (including accommodation based, floating support, rough sleeper and Housing First services)

For each individual contract over £100,000 per annum, could the Council please provide the following information:

• Contract name
• Contract start and end date
• Contract value (please indicate total or annual)
• The current contract provider
• Owner of the building the contract is delivered from
• The client group (please include contracts for single homeless, families, young people and rough sleepers)
• Number of clients supported under the contract
• Whether there is an intention to extend or reprocure the contract
• Lead commissioner name and contact details

Current Housing related Support Services

Short term housing support public social partnership.

1st April 2016 to 31st March 2017.

5. Owner of the building the contract is delivered from
Visiting support is delivered in customers' homes across Fife.

6. Owners of Fife temporary accommodation stock:
Fife Council
Registered Social Landlords
Third Sector Charity organisations
Private owners.

7. The client group
All providers support clients from all client groups, except for Fife
Women's Aid which specifically supports women affected by domestic abuse.

8. Number of clients supported under the contract
We do not hold this information in terms of Section 17 of the Act -
information not held. Fife Council contract by hours of support to be
delivered, not by number of clients.

9. Whether there is an intention to extend or re-procure the contract
It is intended that all these grants will be procured again in March 2017
via the Fife Homelessness & Short Term Housing Support Public Social
Partnership.
