Dear Carmarthenshire County Council,
1. Are Carmarthenshire County Councillors eligible for same pension rights as an employee of the Carmarthenshire County Council.
2. If yes, What is the process / policy in respect of obtaining a Forfeiture of pension rights against a former Carmarthenshire County Councillor for public duty related offences?
3. How many current Carmarthenshire County Councillors who will not be returning for re-election on May 4th 2017 will qualify for same pension rights as an employee of the Carmarthenshire County Council.
4. How many current and or former Carmarthenshire County Councillors are currently enjoying same pension rights as an employee of the Carmarthenshire County Council.
