The only Councillor information held in CSV format is in respect of their
contact details and this is available at the following link:-

ACC is unable to provide you with information on a dataset of open data of
all councillors per ward, and committee roles and memberships, in CSV
format as it is not held by ACC.  In order to comply with its obligations
under the terms of Section 17 of the FOISA, ACC hereby gives notice that
this information is not held by it.

Thank you for your response.

You have pointed us to the council's website. https://committees.aberdeencity.gov.uk/m...

We asked about open data which is neutral in format, machine readable and licensed for re-use without restriction (under OGL). The web page which you directed us to contains individual links to members' records in CSV format, which is great.

However, the webpage claims copyright by ACC 2011.

Can I take it that, depite the copyright statement, the council is allowing re-use of this data under OGL?
